Queries sporadically fail with LOCAL_ONE/LOCAL_QUORUM

Queries in multi-datacenter clusters sporadically fail with a replication factor set to LOCAL_ONE or LOCAL_QUORUM.

Cassandra will sporadically fail in a multi-datacenter cluster using SimpleStrategy if a query uses LOCAL_ONE or LOCAL_QUORUM. This will affect DSE Graph queries in a multi-datacenter cluster as well. If DataStax Studio is used to auto-create graphs while in Development mode, this issue is likely to be seen.

For multi-datacenter clusters, create graphs with appropriate Cassandra settings to avoid this issue.
