DataStax wants to provide as much support as possible.

Submit a ticket

If you identify an alert or incident, you can submit a support ticket for help.

Only accounts with paid plans can submit support tickets.

  1. In the Astra Portal navigation menu, click more_vert More Options, and then click Help & Support.

  2. In the Help Center dialog, browse documentation for common help topics.

    You can also search the knowledge base for answers or use the live chat feature in the Astra Portal.

  3. To create a support ticket, click Contact Support.

Schedule a support session

Some situations are more critical than others and require direct attention, such as production system crashes, production system indefinite suspensions, and complete loss of service or inability to continue with regular operations for an unknown reason.

To schedule a support session, do the following:

  1. In the Astra Portal navigation menu, click more_vert More Options, and then click Help & Support.

  2. In the Help Center dialog, click Schedule Session, and then select your preferred date and time.
