Adding organizations in DataStax Astra

Create additional organizations in DataStax Astra to manage groups of users.

Create additional organizations in DataStax Astra, which is useful for segmenting groups of users and creating additional environments.


  1. Open a browser, navigate to DataStax Astra, and log in.
  2. In the main taskbar, click your organization name, then select Manage Organizations.
  3. Choose Actions > Add organization.
    The Add new organization window opens.
  4. Enter a name for the organization and an email address for the organization owner.
  5. Click Add to add the new organization.

    The organization is added to the list, and an email is sent to the address entered for the organization owner.
