Cannot execute this query

When querying using a search index filter, error 2200 occurs or the results are returned empty.

Executing a CQL query on a node where search is not running, returns an InvalidRequest error that prompts you to use ALLOW FILTERING.
SELECT title from wiki.solr WHERE solr_query = 'Gloucester';
InvalidRequest: Error from server: code=2200 [Invalid query] message="Cannot execute this query as it might involve data filtering and thus may have unpredictable performance. If you want to execute this query despite the performance unpredictability, use ALLOW FILTERING"
Using ALLOW FILTERING runs the query but returns no results.
SELECT title from wiki.solr WHERE solr_query = 'Gloucester' ALLOW FILTERING;

Start a CQL shell session with a node that is running DSE Search.
cqlsh hostname | IP_address

cqlsh 10.10.10.110
