Stop a Hyper-Converged Database (HCD) node

Steps for stopping the Hyper-Converged Database (HCD) process when HCD was installed from a binary tarball.

Change directory to the directory where you installed HCD:
```
cd /path/to/hcd
```
From the installation directory, stop the node:
```
bin/hcd cassandra-stop
```
