Creates a new instance of DseLoadBalancingPolicy given the name of the local datacenter and the amount of host per remote datacenter to use for failover for the local hosts.

Parameters

localDc
Type: SystemString
The name of the local datacenter (case-sensitive)
usedHostsPerRemoteDc (Optional)
