Function timestamp

timestamp(timestamp?): DataAPITimestamp
A shorthand function for new DataAPITimestamp(timestamp?)

If no timestamp is provided, it defaults to the current timestamp.
Parameters
- Optional timestamp: string | Date | DataAPITimestampComponents
Returns DataAPITimestamp
