Define the topology for each datacenter in the cluster so that LCM can manage installations and configurations on the cluster.

The SSH credentials and configuration profile default to the cluster, but can be managed separately. Applying a credential at the datacenter level overrides any cluster-level credentials and applies to all nodes associated with the datacenter.
