Managing node topologies

Define the topology for each node in the cluster so that LCM can manage installations and configurations on the cluster.

The SSH credentials and configuration profile default to the datacenter, but can be managed separately. Applying a credential at the node level overrides any cluster-level credentials and applies to all nodes associated with the datacenter.

A credential applied at the node level has the highest possible precedence.
