Compare yaml files
cluster_check and yaml_diff compare the differences between cassandra.yaml or dse.yaml files.
dse.yaml
The location of the dse.yaml file depends on the type of installation:| Package installations | /etc/dse/dse.yaml |

cassandra.yaml
The location of the cassandra.yaml file depends on the type of installation:| Package installations | /etc/dse/cassandra/cassandra.yaml |

These tools compare the differences between specified or cluster-wide cassandra.yaml or dse.yaml files. This check is particularly useful during upgrades.
Before comparing the yaml files, install PyYAML:
sudo pip install pyyaml
