Enable verbose logging output

Only output essential information

Enable/disable loading spinners
--no-input-
Don’t ask for user input (e.g. confirmation prompts)
--color-
One of: auto, never, always
--dump-logs-
Write all logs to an optionally specified file
Examples
# Count all rows in a database table
$ astra db dsbulk count my_db -k my_keyspace -t my_table
# Load data into a database table from a file
$ astra db dsbulk load my_db -k my_keyspace -t my_table --url my_data.csv
# Unload a database table
$ astra db dsbulk unload my_db -k my_keyspace -t my_table
# Display dsbulk's version information
$ astra db dsbulk version
