Create a new keyspace in the specified database
Options
DB-
The name or ID of the Astra database to operate on
-k,--keyspace-
The keyspace to use
--if-not-exists-
Don’t error if a keyspace with the same name already exists
--async-
Do not wait for the database to become active
--timeout-
How long the command should wait for the database to become active
Common Options
-o,--output-
One of: human, json, csv
-V,--verbose-
Enable verbose logging output
-q,--quiet-
Only output essential information
--spinner-
Enable/disable loading spinners
--no-input-
Don’t ask for user input (e.g. confirmation prompts)
--color-
One of: auto, never, always

Write all logs to an optionally specified file
