Upgrade the DataStax AMI

DataStax no longer hosts the DataStax ComboAMI. Instead, create an instance using an AMI for a supported platform from a trusted source. Then, install DSE using any installation method that is compatible with the AMI’s platform, including DSE OpsCenter Lifecycle Manager (LCM).
