Reset your password

To change your Astra Portal password, do the following:

In the Astra Portal, click your profile picture, and then select Account Settings.
Click Reset My Password.
Make sure your email address is correct, and then click Confirm.

If you need to change your email address, in the Email Address section of your profile, click contact us.
Check your inbox for an email containing a Reset Password link.
Enter your new password twice, and then click Reset Password.

Astra Portal passwords must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters, including a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a number.
- Doesn’t include part of your username.
- Doesn’t match any of your last four passwords.
Sign in to the Astra Portal with your new password.
