nodetool setstreamthroughput
Where is the cassandra.yaml file?
The location of the cassandra.yaml file depends on the type of installation:
| Installation Type | Location |
|---|---|
Package installations + Installer-Services installations |
|
Tarball installations + Installer-No Services installations |
|
Sets the throughput capacity in megabits per second (Mb/s) for outbound streaming in the system.
Overwrites the stream_throughput_outbound_megabits_per_sec setting in cassandra.yaml.
If inter_dc_stream_throughput_outbound_megabits_per_sec is set, since it is a subset of total throughput, its value should be less than or equal to stream_throughput_outbound_megabits_per_sec.
