Configuring the Apache CloudStack® snitch

Use the CloudstackSnitch for Apache CloudStack® environments. Because zone naming is free-form in CloudStack, this snitch assumes the zone names use the country-location-az notation. The country/location tuple is used as the datacenter name, and the availability zone is used as the rack name.
