Enabling distributed subrange repairs
About this task
Enable distributed subrange repairs for clusters that have out of memory issues due to large numbers of standard subrange repair tasks. The distributed subrange repair feature is available for OpsCenter versions 6.1.7 and later.
Procedure

Locate the opscenterd.conf file. The location of this file depends on the type of installation:

Package installations: /etc/opscenter/opscenterd.conf

Tarball installations: install_location/conf/opscenterd.conf

Open opscenterd.conf for editing.

Set the following option in the
[repair_service]section:[repair_service] enable_distributed_subrange_repair=True

Track the progress of distributed subrange repairs in the Repair Status panel.
Track the progress of distributed subrange repairs in the Repair panel within the Nodes summary area.
